Documents Required
- Machine Readable Passport (Pakistani Passport) Scanned Color Copy (Valid till 31st Dec 2025).
- Passport Size Picture – Scanned (white or blue background).
- Color Copy of CNIC/NICOP (Computerized National Identity Card/National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis).
- Confirmation of Blood Group.
- Color Scanned Copy of CNIC/NICOP of Next of Kin with Mobile Number (to be entered in the Form).
HAJJ TRAINING PROGRAM & DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS
- Final date announcement by March 21, 2025.
- Tentative/Expected event dates: May 4, 2025, & May 11, 2025.
- Hajj Booklet, Hajj Final Itinerary, Hajj Final Travel Voucher, and Hajj Visa, along with Travel Documents. (Expected to be shared 10 days before the Departure Date)

Payment Procedures
FIRST INITIAL DEPOSIT
- Initial Payment of $1500 through credit card using the provided link (Non-Refundable).
- After the initial deposit, Hajj Data Form & Agreement will be shared for signing.
iii. Subsequently, a Performa Invoice will be shared for all payments, to be remitted via Banking Transfer/Remittance in Pakistan’s USD Account of the Hajj Company.
PAYMENT BREAKDOWN
- 50% of the Package Price, Deadline Within 7 days.
- 25% of the Package Price, Deadline last week of January
- 25% Final Balance, Deadline last week of February.
- Payment for Airline Ticket, Immediate payment upon demand (before the issuance of the ticket).

CONFIRMATION OF DATA AND PICTURE
* Intending Hajji to review and confirm the accuracy of the entered information.
* Electronic signing of the form & Hajj Agreement through the provided link.
BIOMETRIC
* Starting Expected February 15th, every Hajji is required to personally complete their biometrics using the Saudi Bio App, if applicable (self-biometrics).
SCHEDULED FOR THE 2ND WEEK OF APRIL
* Pakistan Government’s Hajj Form and Medical Paper will be shared for signing during this period.
Hajj Package Cancellation
Policy
By 5th March 2025: Fully refundable.
March 11th to April 5th, 2025: Refundable with a minimum fee of $2500.
After April 11th, 2025: Non-refundable; emergency replacements may be considered before e-visa issuance (subject to approvals from authorities based on acceptable evidence) with a minimum fee.
Hajj Tickets: Generally non-refundable; exceptions may be possible with airline approval, not the responsibility of the Hajj team.
PAKISTANI PASSPORT CONDITION
(IF PASSPORT IS NOT READY)
* Pakistani Passport Applicants: Share Application Submission Slip by February 14th, 2025.
* Passport Submission Deadline: April 10th, 2025.
* Urgency Alert: If the passport date extends beyond April 10th, 2025.
* After April 10th, 2025: a fee of $1500 will be applicable if cancelled or replaced.
* Red Flag: If Passport is not received by April 24th, 2025.
