Performing Hajj is a sacred dream for every Muslim, and Alhamdulillah, my wife and I were blessed to fulfill this lifelong pillar of faith this year. What made this spiritual journey even more memorable and fulfilling was the exceptional experience we had with Alkhair Group.
From the very first step of the process, Alkhair stood out for their professionalism, organization, and above all, their sincere care for every pilgrim. The registration and preparation phase was seamless – their team provided detailed checklists, informative sessions, and one-on-one guidance to ensure we were spiritually, mentally, and physically ready. They were patient with every question, attentive to personal needs, and always approachable with a warm smile.
As we embarked on this journey, the logistics were incredibly well-managed. From the moment we landed in Jeddah airport till our departure to Madina airport. We had complete assistance in our accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah, every detail was carefully arranged. The transportation was punctual and efficient, which is no small feat given the crowds and complexity of Hajj travel.
We had our bus always ahead of us waiting for our arrival. Our luggage was conveniently shipped ahead of us and sent to our hotels rooms before we arrive both in Makkah and Madina and similarly in Aziziya.
We didn’t have to load or unload or luggage at all since we left Jeddah airport. The only time we had to load our luggage was when we arrived back at JFK.
What truly made Alkhair Group stand apart was the spiritual guidance with Shaykh Shujjaudin and Mufti Zubair. We were accompanied by knowledgeable and inspiring scholars who not only guided us through the rituals step-by-step but also gave uplifting reminders, answered our questions with compassion, and reminded us of the deeper meanings behind every action. Their presence brought immense peace and clarity, especially during the intense days of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.
Emotionally, this journey was nothing short of transformative. To be in the company of my wife, surrounded by fellow believers united in purpose and prayer, was deeply moving. Together, we cried, prayed, and reflected—our hearts filled with gratitude and awe at the mercy of Allah. Alkhair created a space where we could truly focus on worship, without the worries of logistics or confusion.
The group leaders were like family— especially Muhammad Rizwan our SPO, Omar bhia, Iqra who was alway looking out for my wife and always checking in, offering water and dates, assisting the elderly, helping with lost items, and creating a strong sense of community. Their selflessness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and their genuine love for serving the hujjaj touched our hearts. We will never forget them and the team which made all this possible. From tawaf to the final farewell in Madinah, we felt surrounded by sincerity, support, and the love of our Muslim brothers and sisters. Alkhair Group didn’t just take us to Hajj—they walked with us through a sacred journey that will remain etched in our hearts forever.❤️
